1) Open WS_FTP by double-clicking on the WS_FTP Pro icon on your desktop. There should be two screens - the top one looks like this. (If you do not receive this screen, click "Connect" on the screen that appears.) Highlight the "MySites" folder under "Configured Sites" and select "New Site" from the menu on the top right.

2) Enter a name for your folder. This can be any name that you want as it will act as a "friendly" name that identifies your profile. We will use "My Web Site" in this example. Then enter the FTP server IP address for your site. We will use www.mywebsite.com as the IP address. Please use the IP address of your Web site. Click "Finish".

3) Fill in your UserID and password provided to you from the welcome email from Kship, then save it.

4) Click on "Connect." If your UserId and password are correct, you should be connected to your Web site. If you continue to experience troubles, please contact us at support@golemweb.com and we will be glad to assist you!

5) Now you are ready to transfer files to your web site or from your web site to your hard drive. To transfers file files, you can either select the files you want to transfer and drag and drop them to your destination or use the left and right arrows (highlighted in red) in the panel's center.
